Willard K. Fladager

I was born, raised and went to school in Peerless, MT. My family owned a farm/ranch and feed lot. I was not wanting to become a farmer, so I left to get a teaching degree at EMC in Billings. I was a history/P.E. teacher & varsity basketball coach for 10 years. I decided I wanted to make a change and went to work for Waddell & Reed in 1997. W&R was purchased by LPL Financial in 2021, and I have along with my partner Brenda Rubino started our own company within LPL. Our company High Plains Wealth Management group has expanded, and we have offices in Great Falls, Havre & Billings currently. We have added some wonderful associate advisors to help us keep our clients on the road to financial success and work toward the financial goals they want to achieve. Diana Whitaker and Parker Bernhardt have been excellent additions to our team. We look forward to servicing our clients with continued hard work and dedication.
